NELA is the only nationwide professional organization in the country whose membership is exclusively comprised of lawyers who represent workers in cases involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, illegal workplace harassment, wage theft, and other employment-related matters.
Our Annual Convention draws more than 500 attorneys, paraprofessionals, law students, and workers’ rights advocates for three days of education, networking, and fun.
