Best practices for e-discovery and ESI are constantly changing. ESI can include email, social media, cell phone data, databases, apps, or any of a multitude of digital records produced on an average day. Our expert faculty will share their first-hand experience of how the proper use of e-discovery tools and strategies can minimize the time and expense associated with collecting, reviewing, and producing such information. Our program offers Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced tracks.

NELA’s continuing legal education programs provide exceptional training and networking opportunities for plaintiffs’ employment lawyers. In addition to the Annual Convention and seminars, our biennial Trial Boot Camp and wage & hour seminar help workers’ rights attorneys become stronger advocates for their clients.

If you are interested in sponsoring or exhibiting at this seminar or other NELA continuing legal education programs, please contact Alicia Battle, NELA Events Coordinator, at abattle@nelahq.org.
