The full registration fee includes attendance, all speaker materials in PDF, two continental breakfasts, one lunch, refreshment breaks, and a reception. Daily registration fees include attendance for the registered day, speaker materials in PDF, and all scheduled food functions. Attendance on a daily registration basis will be strictly enforced.

Continuing Legal Education

NELA’s Spring Seminar may qualify for a maximum of 10.5 credits in 50-minute jurisdictions and 8.75 credits in 60-minute jurisdictions. NELA certifies that this activity conforms to the standards for approved activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing minimum continuing legal education. NELA is an approved continuing legal education provider in California, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.

CLE credit is pending in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Minnesota, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. Credit may be available in other jurisdictions through attorney application and approved jurisdiction policies.

Registration Confirmation

Receipt of registration will be confirmed via email for individuals who provide an email address, otherwise confirmations will be provided upon request. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at nelahq@nelahq.org.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to NELA (sorry, no exceptions) on or before March 11, 2026. Registrants who cancel by this date will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative charge. Those who cancel after this date and no-show registrants will not receive a refund, but will have access to the seminar materials in electronic format. Questions? Email nelahq@nelahq.org.
