Jeffrey W. Chivers, Syllo

Jeffrey Chivers is the CEO & Co-Founder of TLATech Inc. Jeff founded TLATech Inc. in 2019 to build Syllo, a first-of-its-kind software system for litigation. Before launching Syllo, Jeff spent more than ten years of his career in litigation with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, The Employment Rights Group, and Chivers LLP. He received a J.D. magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Computer Science from Harvard College. Jeff is also a Visiting Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School, where he is teaching a course titled Artificial Intelligence, the Legal Profession, and Procedure.

Phillip M. Kitzer, Kitzer Rochel, PLLP

Phillip Kitzer is an attorney at Kitzer Rochel, PLLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He represents employees in claims involving whistleblower retaliation, discrimination, workers’ compensation retaliation, FMLA, severance negotiations, and employment contracts. Phillip is a current board member of MN-NELA, and a past president. He currently serves on the CLE committee and legislative committee, and has appeared on numerous amicus briefs in front of the Minnesota Supreme Court on behalf of MN-NELA. .
