Summary
A panel of trial lawyers will share their experiences, mistakes made, and lessons learned from their recent jury trial in Strauch, et al. v. Computer Sciences Corp., a misclassification case involving multiple white collar exemption defenses and claims brought under federal and state laws, which resulted in a 9-0 verdict for the plaintiffs. The panelists will also provide strategies for effectively presenting evidence to a jury in an exemption case, best practices for jury instructions and verdict forms, and much more!
