Summary
Our highly experienced panelists will provide a comprehensive review of the types of damages and other compensation potentially available in employment cases, such as: all forms of economic damages; damages for emotional distress claims; punitive damages; and attorneys’ fees and costs. In addition, they will discuss settlement strategies and special considerations regarding optimizing damages in cases involving low-wage workers.
