Melissa E. Pierre-Louis is an associate at Outten & Golden LLP, where she represents employees in litigation and negotiation in all areas of employment law, including individual and class discrimination cases and wage and hour class actions. Ms. Pierre-Louis is Co-Chair of O&G’s Family Responsibilities and Disability Discrimination Practice Group. Before joining Outten & Golden LLP, Ms. Pierre-Louis worked as a public interest fellow at Beldock, Levine & Hoffman LLP, where she worked primarily on labor and employment matters. She has written articles on a variety of employment law-related topics. Ms. Pierre-Louis is admitted to the state bar of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
