David Weiser founded and manages the Austin, Texas office of Kator, Parks, Weiser & Harris, P.L.L.C. Previously, he served as Assistant General Counsel to Texas Governor Ann Richards, and he served as a law clerk to Judge William Wayne Justice (E.D. Texas). His practice includes a wide range of employment issues: class actions at the EEOC on behalf of federal employees; sexual harassment; discrimination based on race, sex, age, or disability; Family Medical Leave Act claims; litigation of whistleblower retaliation claims and adverse action appeals before the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board; and litigation of individual federal employee discrimination claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Mr. Weiser is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C. and Texas. He has been repeatedly identified as a “Texas Super Lawyer” in the field of employment litigation, and he has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for the practice area of employment law. Mr. Weiser is a graduate of Yale Law School and the University of Texas at Austin.
