Wendell W. Webster is a partner in the law firm of Webster, Fredrickson, Correia & Puth, PLLC, where he practices bankruptcy and commercial law. He received his BS from Boston University, his JD from Howard University Law School, and his LL.M. from Harvard Law School. Mr. Webster practiced business and tax law with Arent, Fox, Kintner, Plotkin & Kahn from 1978 to 1980. From 1980 to 1982, he concentrated in real estate law at Hudson, Leftwich & Davenport. Mr. Webster has taught Federal Income Taxation and Creditors’ and Debtors’ Rights at Catholic University Law School and Howard University Law School. He is currently a Federal Bankruptcy Trustee in the District of Columbia and Virginia. In addition to the active practice of law, Mr. Webster is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Key School in Annapolis, Maryland and he is Fundraising Coordinator for Boy Scout Troop 403 in Bowie, Maryland. Mr. Webster is a past President of the Washington Bar Association.
