Dan Siegel has been trying and winning employment cases for over 30 years. A partner at Siegel & Yee in Oakland, California, Mr. Siegel specializes in representing faculty members, coaches, and administrators at colleges and universities throughout the country. In 2007, he won a $5.85 million verdict for former volleyball coach Lindy Vivas in her Title IX retaliation case against Fresno State University and later teamed with Warren Paboojian to win a $19.1 million verdict for former Fresno basketball coach Stacy Johnson-Klein. His recent victories in Title IX cases include settlements for David Wells against Humboldt State University, Michael Burch against the University of California, Davis (with co-panelist Kristin Galles), and Diane Milutinovich and Margie Wright against Fresno State.
