Marguerite Maria Longoria is a partner in the law firm of Burr & Smith, LLP, specializing in the class and collective litigation of wage and hour disputes as well as counseling individuals with respect to employment agreements. Ms. Longoria is member of NELA’s Executive Board and a former President of NELA’s Florida Chapter. She also serves on the Executive Council of the Labor & Employment Section of the Florida Bar. Ms. Longoria and her partner Sam Smith regularly speak and write on various aspects of wage and hour law and have been contributing authors on The Fair Labor Standards Act treatise, (Kearns, Editor-in-Chief).
