Patricia V. Pierce heads the Employment and Complex Litigation Practice at Greenblatt Pierce Funt & Flores LLC. Ms. Pierce has litigated individual, collective, and class action cases under Title VII, the ADEA and the FLSA as well as wrongful discharge and discrimination cases in federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Georgia, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and California. She has also represented labor unions and Taft-Hartley Health & Welfare funds handling litigation under ERISA and Title VII. Ms. Pierce has served as Visiting and Adjunct Faculty at Temple’s Beasley School of Law, Rutgers-Camden, and Santa Clara School of Law. Ms. Pierce was recently inducted as a Fellow to the prestigious College of Labor & Employment Lawyers.
