Robin B. Potter is the founder of Robin B. Potter & Associates, P.C. in Chicago, Illinois where she represents unions and employees in individual cases and class actions in all areas of labor, employment, civil rights, personal injury, and workers’ compensation. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Potter worked for the Legal Services Corporation. A member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, Ms. Potter is a former president of NELA/Illinois. She is a frequent speaker and author on labor and employment law. Ms. Potter is a graduate of the City College of New York and the University of Iowa.
