Jennifer Lin Liu is a staff attorney at Outten & Golden LLP where she represents employees in litigation and negotiation in all areas of employment law, with a focus on wage and hour and employment discrimination class actions. Before joining Outten & Golden LLP, Ms. Liu clerked for the Honorable John G. Koeltl of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. During law and business school, Ms. Liu worked on race and gender discrimination cases at the ACLU and Legal Momentum. She also participated in Stanford Law School’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and Constitutional Law Workshop, through which she worked on employment discrimination, civil rights, and civil liberties cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.
