Jahan Sagafi is a partner with Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann & Bernstein, LLP in San Francisco, where he prosecutes class actions on behalf of employees and consumers. He has represented classes of victims of race and gender discrimination (e.g., Abercrombie & Fitch and McCormick & Schmick’s) and workers asserting misclassification, off-the-clock, and meal and rest break claims (e.g., IBM, Wells Fargo, Computer Sciences Corp., AT&T, Inter-Con Security Systems, and Farmers Insurance, with settlements over $100 million).
