Daniel M. Hutchinson is a partner in the San Francisco office of Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann & Bernstein, LLP. Mr. Hutchinson graduated from Boalt Hall School of Law, where he was awarded Prosser Prizes in both employment and constitutional law. He also serves Secretary of the board of directors of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area.
