Herbert Eisenberg, a member of Eisenberg & Schnell, LLP, is a member of the Executive Board of the National Employment Lawyers Association. With over twenty-five years of experience representing employees in all aspects of employment law his practice focuses on employment discrimination, employment contracts, and sexual harassment litigation. He has litigated discrimination, restrictive covenant and non-compete cases, claims under ERISA, and fraud claims in the employment context. He regularly counsels executives as well as medical and securities industry professionals. Mr. Eisenberg is a past President of NELA/New York and was a member of its Executive Board for seventeen years. He is a frequent speaker at conferences on employment law, has written numerous amicus briefs, and has taught employment law as an adjunct professor at New York Law School. Mr. Eisenberg is a former co-chair of NELA’s Ethics and Sanctions Committee and former co-chair of the Labor and Employment Law Committee of the New York County Lawyer’s Association.
