The Nuts & Bolts of Litigating Employment Discrimination Cases: Deadlines, Exhaustion & Filing Administrative Charges

This program will contain live, open captions for the hearing impaired.

Many employment statutes require administrative exhaustion with state or federal agencies as a prerequisite to filing suit. Missing these deadlines is one of the easiest ways to commit malpractice, and the web of overlapping deadlines and administrative exhaustion requirements can be overwhelming to lawyers new to this area of practice. Our experienced presenters will give an overview of some of the many federal employment statutes that require administrative exhaustion and provide guidance regarding filing charges with administrative agencies.

This webinar is co-sponsored by National Women’s Law Center and the Gender Equality Law Center.
