Adrienne Fechter is the founder of Managed Conflict, practicing exclusively as a neutral mediating, arbitrating, and investigating employment-related disputes. She has mediated many hundreds of such disputes over the past ten years, working with many of the most highly regarded plaintiff and defense lawyers throughout the Southeast. Prior to devoting her practice full-time to ADR and the related areas of employment audits and investigations, Ms. Fechter practiced as a trial lawyer, representing both plaintiffs and corporate defendants in labor, employment, and other civil rights disputes. She has served as the Chair of the Employment Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, President of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Hillsborough County, Florida Bar Association, and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Labor and Employment Law Section of The Florida Bar. Adrienne has a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and an LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law.
