Kathleen L. Bogas is partner at Bogas, Koncius & Croson, P.C. specializing in all areas of Plaintiffs’ employment law. She is a past president of Michigan Association for Justice and past president of the National Employment Lawyers Association. She is past chairperson of the Negligence Council and currently is Co-Chair of the Judicial Qualifications Committee of the Michigan State Bar. Ms. Bogas has been inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers and is also a member of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates. She has been awarded the Respected Advocate Award from the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, the Jean King Leadership Award from the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, and the Earl Cline Award for Excellence from the Negligence Section of the State Bar of Michigan. She has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America since 1989. Ms. Bogas is one of the editors of Federal Employment Litigation and Employment Litigation in Michigan, has written numerous articles, and given presentations in all areas of employment and trial law.
