Laura L. Ho is a partner at Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho, an Oakland, California firm with a national practice representing plaintiffs in complex and class action litigation, including civil rights, employment discrimination, wage and hour, disability access, environmental, consumer, and other public interest class actions and attorneys’ fees litigation. She has represented tens of thousands of employees and collected tens of millions of dollars in unpaid wages for them. In March 2009, Ms. Ho was named a California Lawyer of the Year (CLAY) for employment law. Previously, Ms. Ho was an attorney at the Asian Law Caucus, at the Immigrants’ Rights Project of the American Civil Liberties Union, and she clerked for the Honorable John C. Coughenour of the Western District of Washington. Ms. Ho obtained her J.D. from the Yale Law School and her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington.
