Edward Tuddenham is a solo practitioner in New York City where he specializes in co-counseling with public interest and private firms throughout the country in FLSA collective actions and contract and civil rights actions on behalf of foreign visa workers. Mr. Tuddenham has been in solo practice since 1999. Prior to that he was a partner in Wiseman, Durst, Tuddenham & Owen in Austin, Texas and from 1978 to 1989 he worked with legal services in Texas representing migrant farmworkers. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School.
