Catha Worthman is a shareholder with Lewis, Feinberg, Lee, Renaker & Jackson where she represents employees and retirees in class actions and other multi-plaintiff actions, as well as in individual litigation and administrative proceedings. Her practice focuses on enforcing workers’ rights, including recovering unpaid wages and overtime; securing pensions, disability, and other promised employee benefits; and challenging breaches of fiduciary duty under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). For over ten years, she worked as an organizer and campaigner with the Service Employees International Union, as part of the Justice for Janitors and healthcare organizing campaigns.
