Donna L. Harper joined the St. Louis, Missouri firm of Sedey Harper, P.C. in 2006 as a partner, coming to the firm with more than 25 years’ experience prosecuting employment discrimination cases for EEOC, where she served in a variety of litigation, management and teaching roles across the country. She taught trial advocacy and pretrial at St. Louis University School of Law and Washington University School of Law for more than ten years, and taught trial, pretrial, negotiation, class actions and discovery courses for EEOC’s Office of General Counsel for more than fifteen years. EEOC named her an ABA Fellow in 2002, and she served as an active speaker and member of the ABA’s Class and Complex Litigation Subcommittee for 3 years. She has served on the Boards of the Women Lawyers Association of St. Louis and the St. Louis Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and is currently President-elect of the St. Louis NELA Chapter. She served on National NELA’s Judicial Nominating Committee, and is currently the Chair of the Magistrate Judge Merit Selection Panel for the Eastern District of Missouri. The ABA College of Labor and Employment Lawyers inducted her as a Fellow in August, 2004. She has been a Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyer each year since 2006, and a frequent speaker at bar and law school programs.
