Alice W. Ballard has been representing plaintiffs in individual and class action employment rights cases for over thirty years. She has her own firm in Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Ballard has taught Employment Discrimination at Villanova Law School, and Trial Practice and Appellate Advocacy at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She serves on The Employee Rights Advocacy Institute For Law & Policy’s National Litigation Strategy Project Task Force. Ms. Ballard is a NELA member, a life member of the American Law Institute, and an adviser on ALI’s Restatement (Third) of Employment Law.
