Susan M. Coler has been an attorney at Sprenger + Lang in its Minneapolis office for more than fourteen years. The firm has a national practice litigating class actions and was featured in the book Class Action, which discusses a gender discrimination class action lawsuit that the firm successfully prosecuted for over ten years and inspired the feature film North Country. Ms. Coler is active in the firm’s employment class action practice and also is involved in Qui Tam and consumer cases. Active in NELA, she is the Member Services Liaison for the Class and Collective Action Committee and vice-president of NELA’s Minnesota affiliate. She has spoken at local, regional and national legal conferences on class action and employment law issues. Besides her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois, Ms. Coler has Masters degrees in Music and Pastoral Studies. Prior to her law career, she was a college teacher and administrator.
