Marni Willenson is the owner of Willenson Law, LLC. Her primary practice areas are class action, wage and hour, employment discrimination, and whistleblower litigation. Before opening her practice, Ms. Willenson was Litigation Coordinator at Farmworker Justice where she represented low-wage migrant workers in collective and class action litigation. Prior to that, she was a shareholder of Miner, Barnhill & Galland where she litigated class actions, civil rights, employment, false claims, and other cases in federal and state court. Ms. Willenson was a Skadden Fellow and staff attorney at the Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, Inc., is a member of the Seventh Circuit Electronic Discovery Pilot Program Committee, and was named a SuperLawyer in employment law in 2012 and 2013.
