J. Bernard Alexander, III is a partner in the law firm of Alexander, Krakow & Glick in Los Angeles, California. He litigates plaintiff employment matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation based on age, race, gender, sex, sexual orientation, disability, and whistleblowing, with substantial emphasis on representing public employees. Mr. Alexander has tried over 25 cases to verdict, and successfully handled innumerable mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Alexander is a frequent speaker and active in numerous legal organizations including active participation as a California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) board member, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Labor and Employment Law section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Alexander is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), the UCLA Alumni Association, and the Langston Bar Association.
