Robert L. Wiggins, Jr. is an attorney concentrating in civil rights and wage and hour litigation with the law firm of Wiggins, Childs, Quinn & Pantazis, LLC. He has been the recipient of the Outstanding Professor of Law Award as a lecturer on Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Employment Discrimination Law and Appellate Advocacy at Miles College School of Law, has been named each year for more than fifteen years in the Best Lawyers in America in the
field of employment law, and has handled more than 150 employment and class action cases at the appellate level and more than 400 such cases in the trial courts of various jurisdictions. For more than 35 years he has headed a nationwide employment, civil rights and consumer litigation firm that currently has approximately 40 attorneys in Birmingham, Alabama and Washington, DC. The firm handles litigation matters at all levels, representing clients at the trial and appellate level, including before the Supreme Court of the United States, numerous federal Circuit and District Courts.
