Scott A. Moss is an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado Law School, where he teaches constitutional law, employment law, and other courses. After graduating from Harvard Law, he spent six years in New York practicing plaintiff-side employment law at Outten & Golden LLP and clerking for Judge Constance Baker Motley. He currently is litigating two plaintiff’s RICO cases, one of which is on remand from the Supreme Court. He writes on federal litigation, judicial appointments, and individual rights in academic journals and popular media; he speaks on those topics to bar associations, the American Constitution Society, the National Employment Lawyers Association, and others.
