Rachael Langston is a Staff Attorney in the Disability Rights and Gender Equity and LGBT Rights Programs at the Legal Aid Society—Employment Law Center. Ms. Langston represents workers who face discrimination based on their disability, gender, sex, or status as a survivor of domestic violence of sexual assault. She also provides community education regarding employment protections available to workers, and participates in legislative advocacy to expand these protections. Ms. Langston received her J.D. in 2008 from the University of California, Berkeley.
