Randy A. Fleischer has been practicing discrimination law in South Florida since 1990, beginning as a pro se plaintiff with claims of religious discrimination in employment against Bally Scandinavian Health Spa. After winning almost every major motion in Federal Court against attorneys from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, Mr. Fleischer settled the case, graduated Nova Southeastern Law School as SBA President and opened his employment law practice as a solo¬practioner in 1991. Mr. Fleischer served as Legislative Vice President of the Florida NELA Chapter from 1998-2001 and as Vice President in 2001-2002. Since 1996 Mr. Fleischer has served on the Broward County Human Rights Board (FEPA) including four terms as Board Chair and one as Vice Chair. Mr. Fleischer has served as 11th Circuit Representative to NELA’s Affiliate Relations Committee since 2004. Mr. Fleischer has been politically active.
