William D. Frumkin practices in the area of labor and employment law, concentrating on employment discrimination and employment benefits cases. He earned his law degree at Pace University and holds a Masters Degree from UCLA. He was the past President of the New York Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. Mr. Frumkin is the Co-Chair of the National Employment Lawyers Association’s ERISA Committee, and a member of the Board of Directors of Westchester Disabled on the Move. He is also a Fellow of the nationally recognized College of Labor & Employment Lawyers. Mr. Frumkin has lectured extensively before bar associations and trade groups on various topics including ERISA, employment discrimination and Federal Civil Procedure. He also has developed and presents a CLE-approved Stress Management Workshop for Lawyers. Mr. Frumkin was a contributing author of
Disability Discrimination in the Workplace (Clark Boardman and Callaghan 1992), and has published numerous articles on employment law matters in the New York Law Journal, the New York State Bar Journal and other trade publications. Mr. Frumkin is admitted to the bars of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, several federal district courts, and the states of New York and Connecticut.
