Robert H. Wilde has been trying employment cases for 31 years. A 1979 graduate of the University of Utah Law School, he was also awarded an M.A. in Labor Economics from the University of New Hampshire. Bob is the founder of the Utah Employment Lawyers Association and was recognized as the Utah State Bar’s Labor and Employment Lawyer of the Year for 2008. He serves on the blue ribbon panel of mediators for the Utah federal district court. Bob has presented at numerous NELA conferences and has regularly appeared before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and both Utah appellate courts. He is a regular contributor to NELANet, which he considers to be one of NELA’s premier benefits. He is an employee representative on the Utah Anti-Discrimination and Labor Division’s Advisory Council and serves on the Board of Adjustment for the City of Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Bob is listed in Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America and designated AV by Martindale Hubble.
